ControlSurface Fit | Surface Mount Designed for Dynalite PDTS Touchscreen

The Dynalite PDTS Touchscreen is designed for the wall. ControlSurface Fit brings it to the surface - profile-matched to the panel, fixed directly to joinery, stone, or timber.

Key Features

• Glass fibre reinforced composite body - RF transparent, dimensionally stable, does not flex under interaction
• Integrated brass threads - metal-to-metal fixing, rated for repeat-use serviceability across the full product lifecycle
• Direct surface fixing - mounts to joinery, stone, or timber via through-hole fixing points in the bracket base. Surface fixings are not supplied - select fixings appropriate to the surface and installation context
• Profile-matched to the panel - sits as an extension of the surface rather than a utility back box. Minimal visual footprint in architectural interiors
• SELV only - for use with Safety Extra-Low Voltage systems only

Finish Palette

ControlSurface brackets are manufactured from fibre reinforced engineering composites - materials selected for dimensional stability, surface hardness, and long-term performance in permanent installation environments.

Gallery Finish - Glass Fibre Reinforced Composite
RF transparent throughout. Thermally stable under normal operating conditions. Does not flex under interaction. Finished with a satin clearcoat for a consistent, architectural-grade surface.

• Arctic White - a neutral white. Sits cleanly in contemporary residential and commercial interiors.
• Luna Grey - a considered mid-grey. Sits alongside natural materials without competing.
• Obsidian Black - a deep, low-reflection black. Anchors the panel on any surface.

Core Finish - Carbon Fibre Reinforced Composite
A denser material surface provides greater hardness, abrasion resistance, and resistance to chemical exposure - suited to high-wear environments and technical installations where surface durability is the priority. No clearcoat - the material texture is the finish. For demonstration applications or high-traffic professional installations, our Core palette provides an alternative material and finish character suited to environments where Gallery finishes may not be appropriate.

• Anthracite Black - a dark, matte surface. The material itself is the finish.

Compatible Integrated Control Panels

Precision-matched to the Dynalite PDTS Touchscreen. Compatible with all PDTS variants.

Available at 30 or 45 degrees. The 45-degree angle is suited for desk-height interaction. The 30-degree angle suits lower surface heights or installations where a shallower presentation angle is preferred.

M3.5 fixing screws are supplied as standard. 6-32 UNC thread variants are available on request.

Production

ControlSurface is made to order in Melbourne. Each bracket is hand assembled and individually finished. Gallery palette variants - Arctic, Luna, and Obsidian - undergo a 48-hour clearcoat curing window before dispatch.

Other Configurations

ControlSurface Fit is available as a desktop mount through the ControlBase range.

For wall-mounted installations that don't have a back box requirement, the ControlFix range includes a direct NEMA WD-6 cavity-mount option.

Verified dimensional drawings are provided in the product listing - confirm suitability for the intended installation before purchase. Surface suitability, fixing method, and structural adequacy for the intended installation are the responsibility of the installer. Selection, installation, and compliance with applicable standards remain the responsibility of the installer or appointed professional.

For use with SELV (Safety Extra-Low Voltage) systems only. Not an electrical enclosure. Mains power must not be connected to or routed through this product. Panel fixing screws are supplied - install and tighten with hand tools only. Do not use power tools or impact drivers on any fixing point. Surface fixings are not supplied - select fixings appropriate to the surface and installation context and do not overtighten.
